Who we are

We are the leading advisor to corporations and public-sector institutions on the best ways to engage leaders and employees to drive day-to-day performance, operational change and business transformation.

Employee & stakeholder engagement is our purpose, proposition and passion. It is our only focus; it is not an adjunct of another discipline.

We are privately owned and our service is personal.

Lynette Proctor

Lynette makes all things happen. She worked with John and Jerome at Smythe Dorward Lambert and she migrated with them to start Engage for Change in 2003. Lynette's main focus is on marketing and business development and is integral to the team.
